Any student eligible for a refund payment for any digital product / service of Fashion Illustration Studio if:

 

  1. You are not satisfied with the quality of lessons, videos or information. To do this, you must write a detailed letter with all the details and justifying the claims, attaching screenshots of the lessons.

  2. You have purchased a product/service and have not started training yet. If you have not opened lessons or attached material, then we will refund the full price.

  3. You started training, but changed your mind during the process, then we will partially refund the payment, summing up all the lessons that were not opened.

 

The automatic system counts each open lesson as completed, even if you've only watched it for a couple of minutes.

 

You will have refund minus Paypal commission and in the same way and according to the same information as the payment was made.

 

You have the right to send motivated claims only before the expiration of the period of access.

If within the specified period no motivated written claims have been received, the services are considered to be provided properly and accepted in full.
